I addition to the above, services include contract documents and implementation services for all streetscapes, slopes, monuments, and model complexes.

Master landscape architectural design for this 570-acre mixed-use development.  The project consists of 1,026 residential dwelling units, an 18-hole regulation golf course, one 12-acre park, and a commercial shopping center site. Master landscape architectural design for this 560-acre mixed use development.  The project consists of 1,600 residential dwelling units, an equestrian center, a school, a neighborhood park, and commercial shopping center site. Rancon Business Center

Master landscape architecture concept and design guidelines for specific plan document.  The project is a 700-acre up-scale corporate business center with a five-tiered hierarchy of entry monument treatments.

Menifee North

Master landscape architectural concept and design guidelines for specific plan document.  The project is a 1,554-acre mixed-use development with 2,978 residential dwellings, 360 acres of commercial and business park use, 197 acres of industrial use, and 150 acres of parks, schools, and open space.

Menifee

Master landscape architectural concept and design guidelines for the 2,000-acre mixed use development of the Lusk Company.  Also followed through with construction documents for the following areas: Entry monuments and streetscape, landscape developments around a 35-acre lake, two five-acre neighborhood parks, a 25-acre sports facility, sales information center, and a 27 hole golf course and clubhouse.

Towngate

Master landscape architectural concept and design guidelines manual, design development of streetscapes and entry monuments.  Towngate, which was the location of the Riverside International Raceway, is a 590-acre mixed-use development of the Fritz Duda Company.  The project includes regional and community commercial uses, with diverse residential housing, open space and public uses.

Saddlebrooke

Master landscape architectural services for all major entry features, the model show and sales office facility, and the clubhouse complex for the 27-hole golf course.  The project is a 1,000-acre residential community being developed by Sunlakes Properties, Inc.
