City Ranch

Master landscape architectural design for this 2,000-acre mixed-use development.  The project consists of 5,200 residential dwelling units, an 18-hole regulation golf course, six parks (ranging from 5 to 25 acres), five school sites, one 50-acre commercial site and one neighborhood shopping center. I addition to the above, services include contract documents and implementation services for all streetscapes, slopes, monuments, and model complexes.
