QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES With more than 30 years experience, with various government agencies and private firms, Mr. Hadfield has been exposed to virtually every technical and practical aspect of the profession. His wide range of experience throughout the United States and abroad includes; master planning of new communities, resorts, regional parks, commercial centers, high-rise office towers, municipal and federal government projects, industrial parks, institutional projects and a wide variety of residential projects. As principal of his own landscape architectural firm, Mr. Hadfield is responsible for forward planning, business development, contract negotiations, administration, and design and management direction of all projects. He is intimately involved in the initial concept, as well as subsequent phases of all of his firm's work.
