With more than 30 years experience, with various government agencies and private firms, Mr. Hadfield has been exposed to virtually every technical and practical aspect of the profession.  His wide range of experience throughout the United States and abroad includes; master planning of new communities, resorts, regional parks, commercial centers, high-rise office towers, municipal and federal government projects, industrial parks, institutional projects and a wide variety of residential projects.  In addition to projects listed in company brochure, notable previous project experience includes:

  

*              Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area - A 450 acre wildlife management area and park located in the San Gabriel Valley, CA

*              LACDA Trail System - Various trails throughout the Los Angeles, County Drainage Area

*              University Towne Centre - A 52-acre regional shopping center in North San Diego, CA

*              Menifee Lakes - A 2000 acre mixed use development of the Lusk Company located in Riverside County, CA

*              Towngate - A 590 acre mixed use development located in Moreno Valley, CA

*              San Antonio Lakes - A 440 acre mixed use development oriented around a 34-acre lake in the City of Upland, CA

*              Saddlebrooke - A 1,000-acre residential community with clubhouse and 27-hole golf course located in Tucson, AZ

*              Recovery Action Program - Analysis of entire city park system, City of Baldwin Park, CA

 

As principal of his own landscape architectural firm, Mr. Hadfield is responsible for forward planning, business development, contract negotiations, administration, and design and management direction of all projects.  He is intimately involved in the initial concept, as well as subsequent phases of all of his firm's work.
