QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Minick has 18 years experience in planning, urban design and landscape architecture projects throughout the southwest, including small scale residential, multi-family residential, master planned communities, parks, resorts, high-rise offices, industrial parks, commercial centers, and schools.  As Project Manager and Designer, he has been responsible for Client contact and documentation, preliminary design, construction documents and field observation.  Notable project experience includes:

*      The Foothills - A 2,500-acre golf course community in Phoenix, AZ.

*      Wild Rose - A 1,500-acre master planned community in Corona, CA.

*      Koll Center Phoenix - Phase I of a 25-acre commercial project in Phoenix, AZ.

*      Northwood 5 Park - A 10-acre park and swim club in Irvine, CA

*      Foothill Ranch Apartments - A 450 unit apartment project in Foothill Ranch, CA.

*      El Dorado Country Club - Country club, swim and racquet club in El Dorado County

Since Mr. Minick's introduction to computer-aided drafting seven years ago, he has focused his attention on expanding his knowledge within this industry medium.  His background includes AUTOCAD 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 2002 and 2004 Intergraph Microstation and other third party software in various operating systems.  Due to the demand in Landscape Architecture and AUTOCAD, Mr. Minick recently formed MDM Associates, a company dedicated to working with landscape architect's needs for computer-aided drafting services.  Mr. Minick has also instructed AUTOCAD classes at the University of California, Irvine, Extension Department.
