Mr. Arata's experience includes several years’ work as a nurseryman providing an excellent background for the field of landscape architecture.  His knowledge and sincere appreciation for plant materials has earned him the respect as a plant expert in the industry.  Mr. Arata's ability in dealing with clients, consultants, and government agencies has been proven while working with a variety of projects including community and regional parks, residential and commercial developments as well as industrial and institutional complexes.  Notable project experience includes:

*              Menifee Village - A 2,000 acre mixed use development in Riverside County, CA.

*              Towngate - A 590 acre mixed use development in the City of Moreno Valley, CA.

*              Centerlake - A water-oriented business park in Ontario, CA.

*              Baycliff Creeks - A 110 unit housing project incorporating extensive rock and waterscape features in Las Vegas, NV.

Warren Arata started working with R. Dale Hadfield in 1985 while at FMA, and in 1988 came with Dale when he split off and became Hadfield Laymon, Landscape Architects.  While at Hadfield Laymon, Warren was head of production, responsible for the design and construction processes of the firm's projects, including cost feasibility studies, participation in master plan development, production and processing of construction documents.  Mr. Arata's attention to detail provides the best possible results for clients.  Since 1985, Warren and Dale have maintained a continuous friendship and complementary working relationship.
